How do I make a booking on the website?

Go to Sailing Boat Rental (Wazaby) or Speed Boat Rental (Grand).
Select your dates in the calendar.
Choose booking mode, skipper, and extras.
Click Calculate quote, then Start Booking.
Complete the reservation deposit payment in Stripe Checkout.

Can I change my booking date?

Yes. Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours before departure and are always subject to availability.

What is the reservation deposit?

The reservation deposit is 20% of the total booking amount. It is paid online to confirm your booking.

Is reservation deposit the same as security deposit?

No. They are different:

Reservation deposit: confirms the booking.
Security deposit (bareboat only): covers potential damages/incidents and is refundable after inspection if there are no issues.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation 30 days or less before trip date: no refund of reservation deposit.
Cancellation more than 30 days before trip date: refund 50% of reservation deposit.
No-show: no refund.

What if severe weather conditions, force majeure, or an operator cancellation affect my booking?

In these cases, we first try to reschedule your trip to the next available date. If no feasible alternative can be arranged, we issue a full refund of paid amounts.

Can boarding be denied for safety reasons?

Yes. If a customer arrives under alcohol/drug influence and cannot board safely, boarding can be denied and paid amounts are non-refundable.
