Reservation Confirmation: Upon completing a reservation, you will receive a confirmation ticket via email. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam/unwanted folder or contact us.
Intoxication Policy: Customers found to be intoxicated will not be allowed to embark, and the booking will be canceled without a refund.
Mistaken Booking Refund: A partial refund (70%) is applicable for mistaken bookings due to administration expenses. No refund will be provided if the claim is made on the activity day or after.
Missed Activity: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed activities under any circumstances.
Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Activity Cancellation by the Company: In the event of the company canceling the activity, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. If the alternative is accepted, the terms and conditions remain the same. If declined, a full reimbursement will be processed through the same payment system.
Date Change for Reservations: Customers can change the date of their reservation for free up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
Gift Vouchers and Activity Packs: Gift vouchers and activity packs expire within 1 year and are both personal and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Changes During Activity: No refund will be provided if there are changes in stops or the number of stops during the activity due to safety standards.
Termination of Activity: If a customer decides to end the activity or program for any reason, no refund will be provided.
Claim for Damages: Customers have 1 year to file a civil claim for damages resulting from an accident.
Changes in Excursion Routes: Changes in excursion routes may occur for maritime safety without prior notice.
Under the Influence During Activity: Customers under the influence will not be permitted to embark, and the booking will be canceled without any refund.
Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, the trial process will be held in the administration of Pollença.
