- Deposits are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Offered another day or a full refund. If accepted, terms remain the same. If declined, full reimbursement through the same payment system.

- Free date change 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
- Are gift vouchers and activity packs refundable?
- Both expire in 1 year and are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE.

- No refund if changes occur due to safety standards.
- What if I want to end the activity or a program for any reason?
- Ended without any refund.
- How long do I have to file a claim for damages from an accident?
- You have 1 year to file a civil claim.
- What if the company changes the route of the excursions?
- Changes may occur for maritime safety without prior notice.

- Not permitted to embark, and the booking will be canceled without any refund.
- Is there a trial process for any disputes?
