    • You will receive a confirmation ticket via email. If not received, check your spam/unwanted folder or contact us.
  2. What happens if I am intoxicated during the activity?
    • Intoxicated customers won’t be allowed to embark, and the booking will be canceled without a refund.
  3. Can I get a refund for a mistaken booking?
    • Partial refund (70%) for mistaken bookings due to administration expenses. No refund if claimed on the activity day or after.
  4. What if I miss the activity?
    • No show, no refund in any case.
  5. Are deposits refundable?
    • Deposits are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  6. What if the company cancels the activity?
    • Offered another day or a full refund. If accepted, terms remain the same. If declined, full reimbursement through the same payment system.
  7. Can I change the date of my reservation?
    • Free date change 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  8. Are gift vouchers and activity packs refundable?
    • Both expire in 1 year and are personal and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  9. What if the boat changes stops or number during the activity?
    • No refund if changes occur due to safety standards.
  10. What if I want to end the activity or a program for any reason?
    • Ended without any refund.
  11. How long do I have to file a claim for damages from an accident?
    • You have 1 year to file a civil claim.
  12. What if the company changes the route of the excursions?
    • Changes may occur for maritime safety without prior notice.
  13. What if I’m under the influence during any activity?
    • Not permitted to embark, and the booking will be canceled without any refund.
  14. Is there a trial process for any disputes?
    • In case of trial, it will be held in the administration of Pollença.
